API and MCP Credentials

API keys, bearer tokens, and MCP credentials are confidential. You are responsible for secure storage, rotation, and immediate revocation of compromised credentials.

Customer Data

You retain rights to your data. You grant CiteMind the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit data solely to provide and secure the service. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Billing

Paid features may require subscription or usage-based fees. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

CiteMind and related materials are owned by CiteMind and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, no license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service.

Disclaimers

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate service access as described in these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
